Using iRecordit© , health conscious individuals, including those managing their diabetes or weight, can use their Blackberry devices to simply and effectively record, monitor, display, chart, and email recorded information to their PC or their health care providers.



iRecordit© even includes a searchable database of over 7000 foods with detailed nutrition info and 200 activities with their calorie ratings. To simplify data input, (and since many people make fairly regular diet choices), the setup menu allows you to configure your typical foods or meals.
